崗位職責 （Job Responsibilities）： 1. 制定海外化工產(chǎn)品線規(guī)劃，協(xié)調(diào)研發(fā)/生產(chǎn)/銷售資源，主導產(chǎn)品全周期管理。Develop overseas product strategies, coordinate R&D/production/sales teams for end-to-end product lifecycle management. 2. 分析目標市場（歐美/亞太）需求與競爭格局，輸出產(chǎn)品定位及定價建議。Analyze market needs & competition (EU/NA/APAC), define product positioning & pricing strategies. 3. 管理海外項目落地，制定執(zhí)行計劃，監(jiān)控進度并解決跨部門協(xié)作問題。Lead overseas project execution, resolve cross-functional issues to ensure on-time delivery. 4. 為海外客戶提供技術(shù)解決方案，維護重點客戶關(guān)系，支持業(yè)務增長。Provide technical solutions for overseas clients, maintain key accounts to drive business growth. 5. 跟蹤全球化工材料行業(yè)趨勢，輸出競品分析及戰(zhàn)略建議。 Monitor global industry trends, deliver competitor analysis & strategic recommendations. 任職資格Qualifications： 1.本科及以上學歷，化工/材料/化學相關(guān)專業(yè)。Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Materials Science/Chemistry. 2.3年+化工行業(yè)經(jīng)驗，有產(chǎn)品管理或跨國項目協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)歷。3+ years in chemical industry with product management or global project experience. 3.英語流利（書面報告+商務溝通），可獨立對接海外客戶。Fluent English (writing & speaking) for client-facing communication. 加分項Nice-to-have： - 熟悉化工產(chǎn)品出口流程（如MSDS、物流合規(guī)）。Knowledge of chemical export compliance (MSDS, logistics regulations). - 有技術(shù)文檔撰寫經(jīng)驗（產(chǎn)品手冊/檢測報告）。 Experience in technical documentation (product specs/test reports). - 適應高頻短期海外出差（年均8-12周）。Willing to travel overseas 8-12 weeks annually.
